- Coordinate with you and all parties involved (lender, attorney, appraiser, seller’s agent, etc) to ensure all pre-closing documents are processed.
- Preview closing documents.
- Resolve any last minute issues.
- Attend closing with all transaction documents in case any last minute corrections are needed.
- Assist with post closing items that may need attention.
- Coordinate your move-in and transfer of utilities.
